It weighs close to nothing. As far as the Mugen intake goes, I agree... it is one of the FEW intakes that performs better then stock. The gains are minimal though from what I have seen. The only thing I do <strong>not </strong>like about the Mugen (or the downforce replica) is the narrowness of the intake and space it leaves in the engine bay (not to mention the price...ha!).
